What do my maintenance fees cover?

Walden Pond condo maintenance fees over a lot! Heat, hydro, water, cable television (basic), central air conditioning, building insurance, maintenance of the common elements, 24 hour gatehouse security, and parking are included. All residents pay their own taxes.  Condo fees will vary due to size of unit, and condo corp, but will range from $700 – $1200 a month.

Is there an age limit?

No, there is no age limit in Walden Pond.

Are pets welcome?

No dogs are allowed in either building. 25 Austin Drive does not allow pets of any kind. 55 Austin Drive allows 2 pets (not dogs) per unit.

Can we smoke in our unit?

55 Austin Drive is a smoke free building. 25 Austin Drive allows smoking.

Are there any rentals in Walden Pond?
